Our interactive communication platform, delivers relevant energy insights to your customers, which include personalized information on alternative tariffs, savings potential, carbon footprint and transparency of electricity origin. Additional services, can be adjusted directly via the app or discussed during a personal appointment.

ChargeUp by Unicorn - Intelligent charging made easy
ChargeUp enables the management of all data collected by the charging station, such as its technical parameters, location and current status, paired with area-wide control and optimization of the individual installations. It is completely independent of the respective manufacturer and offers dynamic, load management via the cloud. The solution is fully scalable and can be used for everything from single-family homes and medium-sized parking garages to turnkey charging infrastructures for cities and municipalities (including hardware).

End customers are guided to the nearest charging station via the app and receive information about its availability, technical capacity and current status. Furthermore, they can track the ongoing charging process, choose from various tariffs and pay their charging fees directly.

Facility Management - Full control always and everywhere

With our Facility solution you can manage metering and measuring equipment as well as monitor and bill consumption (electricity, gas, water, heat, CO2).

Facility managers of sites and residential buildings with photovoltaic systems that are grouped together in energy communities or are organized as self-consumption systems can use BN Facility to transfer their energy billing to the operating costs statement and provide the tenants/owners with online monitoring via the e.Cockpit.
